臭椿乙醇提取物对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:研究了臭椿乙醇提取物5个浓度(20 g/L、10 g/L、5 g/L、2.5 g/L、1.25 g/L)对白菜种子萌发、幼苗生长的作用。结果表明:臭椿乙醇提取物对白菜种子萌发有一定的抑制作用,随着臭椿乙醇提取物浓度的升高,白菜发芽率降低,抑制率增强;随着时间推移,白菜发芽率升高,抑制率降低。同时,臭椿乙醇提取物对白菜种子发芽后生长也具有抑制作用,白菜根长、株高和鲜重抑制率随着臭椿乙醇提取物浓度的降低而下降。Effects of ethanol extract from Ailanthus altissima on the cabbage seed germination,seedling growth were studied at different concentration 20 g/L,10 g/L,5 g/L,2.5 g/L,1.25 g/L.Results indicated that:the ethanol extracts from Ailanthus altissima had inhibitory effects on the seed germination of cabbage.With the increase of concentration of ethanol extracts from Ailanthus altissima,the germination rate of cabbage decreased while the inhibition rate increased.Over time,the germination rate of cabbage increased,and the inhibitory rate reduced.At the same time,the ethanol extracts from Ailanthus altissima also had inhibitory effects on the growth of cabbage.The inhibition rate of root length,Plant height and fresh weight reduced with the decreasing concentration of ethanol extracts from Ailanthus altissima.
