摘　　要：设计了一种多层同轴制品强制脱出模具。通过分析该制品注塑模的脱模过程,对该模具设计的难点进行了探讨,并重点阐述了制品多层同轴部分成型零件及二次顶出机构的设计方法。该模具结构合理、动作可靠、成型制品质量好,其设计对多层同轴类制品注塑模具的开发有一定的借鉴作用。An injection mould with a structure of mandatory demoulding, which was designed for a multilayer coaxial product, was introduced. Furthermore, the installing mold parts and the design of the mandatory demoulding mechanism were recommended. Since the reasonable structure, reliable action and product quality, the mould can be some references to the mould design of products with similar structure.
