酵母细胞壁多糖对异育银鲫生长、免疫和抗应激能力的影响

摘　　要：为研究酵母细胞壁多糖对异育银鲫生长、免疫和抗应激能力的影响,本试验配制4种不同酵母多糖含量(0‰、0.5‰、1‰、2‰)的饲料进行养殖试验,试验周期为55 d。在试验第10、25、40、55天时取样检测异育银鲫的溶菌酶活性和白细胞吞噬活性,并在养殖试验结束后检测鱼的生长性能和抗应激能力。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加酵母细胞壁多糖对异育银鲫的生长性能和免疫相关指标有一定程度的促进作用(P>0.05),且能够提高鱼体的抗应激能力(P>0.05)。To study the effects of yeast cell wall polysaccharides on growth performance,immune function and anti- stress ability of Carassius auratus gibelio.Four diets with different yeast cell wall polysaccharide content （0‰,0.5‰, 1‰and 2‰）were used.Test period lasted for 55 days.Lysozyme activity,leukocyte phagocytosis activity at 15,30,45 and 55 days were detected,and fish growth performance and the ability to resist stress at the end of the feeding were dectected too.The results showed that compared with the control group, yeast cell wall polysaccharides could enhance growth performance （P 〉 0.05）,immune function and anti-stress ability of Carassius auratus gibelio （P 〉 0.05）.
