摘  要:为了适应未来大规模分布式电源接入后的新型配电系统规划要求,考虑主动管理模式,建立了含分布式发电的配电网网架双层规划模型,上层规划以年综合费用最小为目标,下层规划是以分布式电源出力切除量最小为目标,并在约束中考虑了分布式发电加入后对配电网可靠性的影响。计及风电光伏等间歇式电源出力及负荷不确定性,分别利用树形结构编码的单亲遗传算法和原对偶内点法对上下层规划模型进行求解。通过29节点配电网算例验证了所提模型的合理性和有效性。To adapt to the demand of new type of distribution network after grid-connection of large-scale distributed generation (DG) in the future, considering active management a bi-layer framework planning model for distribution network containing DG is built. The lowest annual comprehensive cost is taken as the objective for the upper layer of the built planning model and the minimized disconnected output of DG is taken as the objective of lower-layer of the built planning model, and in the constraints the impact of DG on the reliability of distribution network after grid-connection of DG is taken into account. Considering the uncertainty of both load and intermittent DG such as wind farm and photovoltaic generation, the upper-and lower-layer of the planning model are solved by tree structure coding pertheno-genetic algorithm (TSE-PGA) and prime-dual interior point method respectively. The reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed planning model are validated by simulation results of a 29-bus distribution network.
