摘 要:利用配网电缆线路便于安装同步信号采集装置的特点,提出了采用点散式测量的行波故障定位方法。基于HHT运算,定义了暂态含量系数,对各测点提取波形的残留暂态含量进行表征,按照残留暂态含量大小对测点排序。结合三端测距公式,循环替换测距三端,最终确定故障分支、区段。而后考虑D型测距原理的精度特点,选择靠近故障点且尽量对称的精确测距双端,削弱电缆严重的色散效应及多分支结构造成的波形畸变影响,重新进行精确测距。同时选取测速点实测波速,避免采用经验波速带来的误差。点散式测量可提供大量冗余数据,为测距提供了很大灵活性,极大提高了测距的成功率。经大量仿真验证,此方法精度接近离线方法,符合实际要求。Based on the feature of cable lines in distribution network that synchronous signal acquisition devices can be comveniently installed to them, a distributed measurement based traveling wave fault location method is proposed. Based on Hilbert-Huang transform, the transient signal content coefficient is defined to characterize residual transient signal contents in waveforms extracted from all measuring points, and then the ordering of measuring points are performed. Combining with three-terminal fault location formula and circularly substituting the three-terminals where the fault location is conducted, finally the faulty branch and section of cable lines can be determined. After above-mentioned steps, considering the accuracy characteristics of D-type traveling wave fault location principle, choosing two terminals, which are close to fault point and possibly symmetrical, to weaken the serious dispersion effect of cable lines and the affect of waveform distortion due to multi-branches, and the accurate fault location is restarted, meanwhile, the wave velocity measured at the measuring point is adopted to avoid the error caused by adopting empirical wave velocity. Because distributed measurement can offer a lot of redundant data, it makes the fault location very flexible and improves the success rate of fault location greatly. A lot of simulation results show that fault location accuracy by the proposed method is close to that by off-line fault location, so the proposed method consists with actual requirement.
