摘　　要：对ECC算法进行了研究,提出了改进的ECC算法,并将该算法应用在系统的签名和加密过程中,更好地保证了系统的安全性。可为用户签发两种类型的证书,实现了证书颁发、证书撤销、证书查询和证书更新等主要功能。算法分析证明,改进后的ECC算法安全性能更好、效率更高。The paper studies the ECC algorithm, and proposes an improved ECC algorithm. The algorithm is used in the signature and encryption system, and the security of the system is guaranteed with a better mode. Meanwhile the system can issue two certificates for the users, and realize to issue, revoke, inquire and upgrade certificates etc. Algorithm analysis shows that, the improved ECC algorithm holds better safe performance and more efficient.
