摘　　要：实验教学示范中心是进行实验教学、培养创新型人才的重要场所,在运行模式、管理体制、实验设备、内容和观念上均起着重要的示范作用。示范中心在建设过程中,需要结合自身特点设定其功能与作用。以环境与化工清洁生产实验教学中心为例,分析了示范中心在为特色人才培养提供基础教学平台,为化学工业的可持续发展提供科研平台和服务地方经济的功能。并探讨了示范中心建成后在复合应用型人才培养、学校自身发展及交流合作与示范辐射方面的作用。As an important place of experimental teaching for cultivating innovative talents, experimental teaching demonstration center plays an exemplary role in operation pattern, management system, laboratory equipment, content and ideas. Its construction should be in line with its characteristics and fit its function and role. Taking the experimental teaching demonstration center for environmental and chemical engineering clean production as an example, this article analyzes demonstration center＇ s function in providing foundation teaching platform for training characteristic talents and serving local economy. It also discusses the role in interdisciplinary talents training, school development and exchanges and cooperation, and demonstration influence in completion.
