摘 要:在表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)胶束体系中采用一步法合成了甲基橙掺杂聚苯胺光响应超疏水性薄膜.利用场发射扫描电子显微镜对聚苯胺薄膜进行结构观测,并借助于视频光学接触角测量仪、热重分析仪等考察了掺杂剂、光照、温度、酸度及放置时间对其浸润性能的影响.结果表明:在SDBS调控下所得聚苯胺稳定性良好,且在光照条件下即可实现光响应性亲疏水转换.The photo-responsive superhydrophobic film of PANI (polyaniline)/methyl orange can be successfully fabricated by one-step route in sodium dodecylbenzenesulfate (SDBS) micelle systems. The morphologies of the PANI composite are examined by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The influences of the doping, pH value, times and temperature on the wet- ting properties of PANI film are investigated by measuring water contact angle (WCA) and thermo- gravimetriy (TGA). The experiment results show that PANI film with good stability is obtained in SDBS as doping. Furthermore, by illumination of UV-VIS light, the photo-responsive conversion of superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic is achieved.
