摘 要:利用城市生活污泥及添加稻秸进行蚯蚓堆肥后的蚓粪作为肥料源施用于生菜,分析污泥和蚓粪的施用对生菜产量及其体内重金属积累的影响.结果表明:①污泥和蚓粪施用均能提高生菜的产量,且施用蚓粪的增产效果更为显著;②随着污泥或蚓粪施用量的增加,生菜根部重金属元素Zn,Cu,Pb,Cr,Cd的含量增加;生菜叶部除Cd外,Zn,Cu,Pb,Cr,Ni的含量均显著增加;③当污泥和蚓粪施用量相同时,施用蚓粪时生菜根部和叶部的重金属含量均低于施用污泥时的含量.Sewage sludge vermicomposting by adding rice straw will benefit comprehensive utiliza- tion of resources. In this paper, the effects of the application of sewage sludge and vermicompost on lettuce yield and accumulation of heavy metals in the body were studied. The present research provides scientific basis for the safe use of sewage sludge. The results indicate that the lettuce yield increase when the application of sewage sludge and vermieompost. It is also found that vermicom- post increases the lettuce fresh weight more than sewage sludge. Compared with the control experi- ment, with the increasing application of sludge or vermicompost, the contents of heavy metal in the roots (Zn, Cu, Pb, Cr and Cd) and leaves (Zn, Cu, Pb, Cr and Ni) increase. Applying the same a- mount of sludge and vermicompost geparately, the contents of heavy metal in the roots and leaves of lettuce with vermicompost as fertilizer is lower than that of sludge.
