摘  要:概括介绍了国内外污水灌溉发展情况与研究进展,分析了我国污水灌溉存在的问题与面临的严峻形势。当前我国污灌区灌溉水质不达标,其主要原因是污水处理率较低,污水处理技术不够先进,污水灌溉普遍缺少必要的污水预处理措施,适宜的污水灌溉技术与灌溉制度缺乏,污水灌溉管理监管不到位。提高污水灌溉安全性的有效途径就是大力推行污水灌溉水质预处理技术,采取污水处理技术和适宜的灌溉方式有机结合措施,实现污水资源化安全利用,改善生态环境,保障粮食安全。The domestic and overseas development and research advance of sewage irrigation are introduced in this paper. The exist- ing problems and the serious situation of the sewage irrigation of China are also analyzed. At present, the sewage irrigation water quality fails to meet the standard. The main reasons for this include the low wastewater treatment rate, less-advanced sewage treat- ment technology, the lack of the necessary sewage pretreatment measures, the lack of appropriate technology of sewage irrigation and irrigation system, and the inadequate sewage irrigation management regulation. The effective way to improve the safety of sew- age irrigation is to push forward the pretreatment technology of sewage and to combine the sewage treatment technology with suitable irrigation ways. Through these measures, the safe use of sewage recycle treatment wili be realized, the eeologicaI environment will be improved, and the food security will be ensured.
