眩晕宁片的降压和抗眩晕作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察眩晕宁片的降压作用及对眩晕的影响。方法:①左肾动脉狭窄法建立两肾一夹高血压大鼠模型,无创尾套法测量清醒肾性高血压大鼠(renovascular hypertensive rat,RHR)尾动脉收缩压;②采用尾动脉测压法测量给药前及给药后自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rat,SHR)的降压作用;③以氯仿引起的眼球震颤潜伏期和持续时间评定药物对眩晕的影响。结果:①与模型组比较,眩晕宁片实验组及卡托普利组对RHR产生明显的降压作用;实验组各剂量间降压作用差异无统计学意义;②给药2周后,眩晕宁片明显降低SHR的血压,但其降压幅度与卡托普利组比较差异有统计学意义;③灌胃不同剂量眩晕宁片后,氯仿引起的豚鼠眼球震颤潜伏期均有延长和持续时间缩短。结论:眩晕宁片有明显的降压和抗眩晕作用。Objective： To observe the effect of XuanYunNing Tablet（XYN） on decreasing blood pressure and resisting dizziness. Method： Two-kidney one-clip renal hypertensive rats were obtained by narrowing the left kidney artery; systolic blood pressure of waking RHRs was measured by tail-cuff method, we indirectly measured tail artery blood pressure of the waking SHRs, and the dazzle symptom of guinea pig were observed. Result ： In the study of the hypotensive effects in SHR models,compared with control group, the hypotensive effects of XYN and Positive control group were significant, there was no statistical difference between XYN group. In the study of the hypotensive effects in SHR models, compared with control group, XYN and Positive control group had a significant effect on reducing artery blood pressure in SHR, but there was statistical difference between XYN and Positive control group; with gastric administration of XYN, the incubation period of eyeball tremor induced by chloroform by dropping into the ear was prolonged and the keeping time shortened. Conclusion： XYN has the effect of reducing blood pressure resisting dizziness.
