摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种自身免疫性疾病,其特点是以慢性炎症为主的关节剧烈疼痛、肿胀以及关节损伤、残疾导致的关节破坏和功能的丧失。近年来,RA中表观遗传修饰现象越来越受到人们的重视,尤其是RA患者的关节滑膜细胞中相关基因表达水平为RA的研究作出了巨大贡献。故从表观遗传学修饰与RA的密切关系方面进行阐述,以期为RA的临床、发病机理提供一定的科学依据。Rheumatoid arthritis( RA) is an autoimmune disease,characterized by chronic inflammation of the joints with severe pain and swelling,joint damage and disability,which leads to joint destruction and loss of function. In these years,the study of epigenetic-mediated alterations in association with RA is becoming increasing important. Especially,the gene expression levels of RA patients' synovial cells has made tremendous contributions to rheumatoid arthritis. In this review,we consider the role of diverse epigenetic modifications in the development of RA,and provide a scientific basis for RA clinical and pathogenesis.
