摘　　要：目的:观察自拟芪桂升板方对免疫性血小板减少症患者抗血小板抗体及调节性T细胞的影响。方法:将70例免疫性血小板减少症患者,其中治疗组40例,对照组30例,均于治疗前、后观察血小板抗体、调节性T细胞的变化,了解芪桂升板方的作用机制。结果:芪桂升板方可能通过上调调节性T细胞功能,减少自身血小板抗体产生,达到提升血小板的目的。Objective： Qiguishengbanfang effect for chronic immune thrombocytopenia patients, antiplatelet antibody and regulative T cell. Methods：Tatally 70 ITP patients were randomized into 2 groups ,treatment group 40 cases and control group 30 cases, were all detected antiplatelet antibody and regulative T cell at prior treatment and post-treatment. To learn the mechanism of action of Qiguishengbanfang. Resuhs：Qiguishengbanfang can escalate the function of the regulative T cell, reduce the platelet antibody, so can promote the blood latelet number.
