新时期加快农业产业化经营跨越式发展研究——宜昌市农业产业化的实践与启示

摘　　要：农业产业化是建设农业强省、加快发展现代农业的主要抓手,更是统筹城乡发展、带动农民增收致富的关键。作为湖北农业产业化的排头兵,宜昌市农业产业化经营近年来呈现突破性、超常规、跨越式发展的良好态势。课题组在对宜昌市农业产业化基本特征和主要做法深入总结基础上,得出4点启示:强化板块基地建设,因地制宜发展特色主导产业;强化科技引领作用,大力推进农产品加工园区建设和培育壮大农产品精深加工龙头企业;突出产品质量生命线地位,融入科技、生态健康元素,培育农产品精品名牌;完善政府及社会化服务机制,优化农业产业化发展的外部环境。以期为政府决策提供科学依据,同时为我国其他省市加快农业产业化经营发展提供一定的借鉴。Agricultural industrialization is not only the key to constructing strong agriculture province and accelerating modern agriculture development, but also to balancing urban and rural development and increasing farmer＇s income. This paper summarized the basic characteristics and main practice in Yichang City and obtained four enlightenments： strength- en the base plate construction, develop characterized leading industries in line with local conditions; strengthen the leading role of science and technology, promote the agricultural products processing complex construction and foster the growth of agricultural products deep processing leading enterprises; outstand the lifeline status of product quality, integrate the element of science, technology, ecology and health into agricultural products and cultivate famous brand; improve the service mechanism of government and society, optimize the external environment of agricultural industrialization.
