摘　　要：由于受设计时技术、资金的制约 ,马钢一钢厂从意大利 DANIEL I公司引进的 SKF钢包精炼炉 ,加热盖、真空盖等水冷设备在使用中 ,因工作环境恶劣造成的检修频率高、难度大 ,严重限制了生产能力的提高。为此在 1997年和 1999年分别对加热盖、真空盖进行了改造 ,大大提高使用寿命 ,减少检修频次 ,效果显著。SKF ladle refining furnace was introduced by No.1 Steel Mill of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd. from DANIELI of Italy due to limitation of technique and fund during designing. In usage, water-cooled apparatuses of the heating cover and the vacuum cover of SKF ladle refining furnace often needed maintenance and the maintenance was difficult due to tough working condition.This seriously hindered enhancement of productivity. Therefore, transformation of the heating cover and the vacuum cover was conducted respectively in 1997 and in 1999, which remarkably increased usage life and decreased the maintenance and obtained significant effect.
