摘 要:目的观察家蚕对2型糖尿病大鼠氧化应激水平的影响,探讨其对糖尿病的作用机制。方法以高热量饮食喂养SD大鼠6周加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,并随机分为模型对照组、吡格列酮组、家蚕高、中、低剂量组,共5组,给药4周后测定大鼠血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)水平。结果与模型组相比,家蚕各剂量组均可显著升高2型糖尿病大鼠模型血清SOD水平(P<0.01),家蚕中、低剂量组可不同程度的降低血清MDA、NO、NOS的含量(P<0.05)。结论家蚕可提高2型糖尿病大鼠抗氧化能力,为家蚕的临床应用提供了实验依据。Objective To observe the impacts of silkworm on oxidative stress level in the rats of type 2 diabetes and explore its effect mechanism on diabetes.Methods The high-energy food was used to feed SD rats for 6 weeks together with low-dose streptozotocin(STZ)so as to prepare the rat models of type 2 diabetes.Five groups were divided randomly,such as control group,Popglitazone group,high-dose silk-worm group,middle-dose silkworm group and low-dose silkworm group.After medication for 4 weeks,the levels of SOD,MDA,NO and NOS were determined in blood.Results Compared with the model group,SOD level was increased significantly in the rat models of type 2 diabetes of each dose group(P〈0.01 ).The lev-els of MDA,NO and NOS were reduced in the middle-dose and low-dose groups to different extents(P〈0.05).Conclusion Silkworm improves the oxidation resistance in the rats of type 2 diabetes,which pro-vides the experimental evidences on the clinical application of silkworm.
