摘　　要：志愿服务作为新时期大学生党员教育的有效载体,受到高校各级党组织的高度重视。志愿服务教育功能的充分发挥需要以大学生党员志愿服务长效机制建设为保障,大学生党员志愿服务长效机制建设涉及制度建设、平台建设、品牌建设等诸多方面。Volunteer service as an effective means of educating student Party members in the new peri-od is highly valued by Party organizations at all levels in colleges and universities.To fully exert its educational function,colleges and universities must build a long term mechanism for student Party members＇volunteer service and the mechanism should involve institutional construction,platform building and brand building.
