摘　　要：胡思敬是清末民初十分守旧的人物,而他的《国闻备乘》则是一部很有特色的史学著作。其所载是研究清末政治的重要参考史料;所体现的史学思想倾向,在中国史学史和思想史上具有一定的意义和价值。此外,是书在历史编纂学和历史文学方面也都有一定的成就。本文针对该书的撰述动机、主要内容、编纂特点等方面做一系统探讨,以便揭示其史学特点及史学价值,更好地利用这一珍贵的历史文献。Hu Sijing is a very conservative figure in late Qing, his Guowenbeicheng is a very unique historical works. The written stories, anecdotes of the late Qing dynasty is an important reference mate- rials for the study of politics of the late Qing dynasty, and historiography thought embodies certain sig- nificance and value in the history of Chinese historiography and the history of thought. In addition, the book is in the aspects of historiography and historical literature which also has certain achievements. This paper makes analysis of the purpose, main contents, compiling features such as a system, in order to reveal the characteristic of history and historiography value, better make use of the precious historical documents.
