摘 要:珠三角经济发展过程中出现"低技术均衡"困局的主要原因在于高技能劳动者的成长和储备不足,"低技术均衡"折射了珠三角经济转型过程中的劳动者技能瓶颈。珠三角经济发展方式比较典型地反映了我国传统经济发展方式的特征和缺陷,我国经济发展方式转变过程中也将遇到劳动者技能瓶颈。突破劳动者技能瓶颈将成为我国经济发展方式转变的关键,可以通过扶植高新技术企业发展,完善高技能劳动者激励机制,政府引导、校企合作等策略促进劳动者技能成长,打破劳动者技能瓶颈。The "low- technology equilibrium" gridlock has occurred in the PRD economic development process. The main cause is the growth and reserve of high - skilled workers shortage. It refracts the bottleneck of skill of the workers in the PRD economic transforming and development process. The mode of economic development of the Pearl River Delta re- fleets basically the typical characteristics and defects of the traditional way of economic development in China. There is the bottleneck of skill of the workers on transforming pattern of economic development in China. To break through the bot- tleneck of skill of the workers will be the key to transform the pattern of economic development in china. By fostering the development of high - tech enterprises, improving the strategy of high - skilled workers incentives and government guid- ance, school -enterprise cooperation can promote the workers "skills and break through the bottleneck of skill of labor force.
