摘　　要：现代大学制度对大学建设与改革提出了更高的要求,充足的教育融资是实现这一要求的基本保障,而中国高等教育一贯使用的外生型融资制度存在不适应大学创新与高等教育改革的情况。为此,在对现行制度下高等教育融资困境的分析以及从现代大学制度视角对中国高等教育融资制度研究的基础上,从政府层面、市场层面和社会层面创新高等教育融资制度就成为现行外生型融资的有效补充。A higher goal of university construction and reformation was proposed by modern university system, and enough educational financing was the fundamental requirement for security. But on the other hand, the higher education always ap- plying an exogenous financing system could not fit with the university innovation or the higher education reformation. For this reason, on the basis of analyzing the financing predicament of modern system and the higher education financing sys- tem, the innovation of Chinese higher educational financing system would currently be the effective supplement of exogenous financing system from the aspects of the government, marketing and society.
