摘 要:电子信息行业正在发生着深刻的革命。该行业突出体现了市场变化快、产品更新快的特点,具有明显的不连续创新特性,这就需要有一套新的产品研发管理模式。通过分析面向不连续创新的电子信息行业的研发过程特征,对不连续创新的产品知识源进行解读,在现有集成产品开发管理的基础上提出针对协同研发、探索营销、反复"探测-学习"的流程调整,并提出客户参与的组织形式及强化外部搜索的信息支撑体系,以实现对不连续创新研发过程的有效管理。Technology development and market expansion of the electronic information industry often have no clear objec- tives. It has obvious characteristics of discontinuous innovation and needs new product development management model. In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of the R&D process of discontinuous innovation- oriented electronic infor- mation industry, the author interpreted discontinuous innovation product knowledge source. On the basis of the existing integrated product development management, the authors proposed the adjustment process for collaborative research and development, explored marketing, repeated ' detection - learning' and organizational forms of customer participation, and strengthened external search for information support system, in order to achieve effective management of discontinuous innovation' s R&D process.
