摘　　要：运用文献分析软件绘制"知识管理"在1998-2010年之间的研究领域及其进展分布。借助可视化工具研究国内知识管理的发文量和高被引文献情况并对有关知识管理的研究热点、前沿及发展趋势进行探讨,为我国知识管理研究提出建设性意见。The research shows the trends and features of research field and distribution in knowledge management （1998 - 2010）. The paper studies the distribution with citation analysis, cluster analysis and so on, and gets a series of knowledge maps in ＂knowledge management＂. These maps show the position and development trend, find out the pivotal people and work in knowledge management field. According to these maps, the paper gives some advice to the research field.
