摘 要:在服务外包产业中,产业园因处于关键的位置,被称作服务外包系统的枢纽。现代服务外包产业园是一个多元复合的复杂系统,包括了ITO功能区、BPO功能区、DCO功能区和KPO功能区等,承担了服务外包产业运营中的绝大多数经济活动。产业园位置选址布局受到政治、经济、文化与技术等诸多因素影响,位置是否合理有效,影响整个服务外包产业链条运行的绩效。基于灰色系统论,利用多目标系统决策优化模型对服务外包产业园位置选址布局问题进行逼近理想解排序,并运用算例加以检验。分析结果表明,排序结果接近度越大,备选服务外包产业园位置选址布局则越接近实际理想情况。The industrial park known as service outsourcing hub is at a critical position in service outsourcing industry. The Modern Service Outsourcing Industry Park is a multiple composite complex system, including ITO functional areas, BPO functional areas, the DCO functional areas and KPO functional areas, which assume the vast majority of economic ac- tivity in the service outsourcing industry operators. The Service Outsourcing Industry Park location layout is affected by po- litical, economic, cultural, and technology, and many other factors. The reasonable and effective position affects the per- formance of the entire service outsourcing industry chain. This article, based on gray system theory, adopts a multi - objec- tive system optimization model, by using TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) to sort the problems of Service Outsourcing Industry Park location layout, and this solution is tested by mathematical operations. The analysis results show that the proximity sort results become bigger and the alternative site layout become closer to the actual Ideally Service Outsourcing Industry Park location.
