转型期导师与研究生的理想互动特征研究

摘　　要：既往相关研究多聚焦于问题和困难类的描述和分析思考,缺乏积极心理取向的质性研究。笔者以我国社会转型期这一特殊时点为研究背景,通过对15名研究生进行半结构式电话访谈和主题分析,得出导师与研究生互动的6类理想特征的三级编码:1.互动关系属性;2.互动内容;3.互动频度;4.互动深度;5.互动氛围;6.其他。导师与研究生理想的互动特征中兼有传统文化和时代转型特点,导师的权威角色等特征结合社会群体背景研究更具有时效性。Previous related researches focused mostly on the descriptions and analysis on the problems and difficulties, lacking the qualitative researches with the positive orientation. This paper made a self-structured call-interview and thematic analysis on 15 participants with the social transition background. Six third-round codes of ideal characteristics between tutors and postgraduates are got： 1. Properties of interactive relationship; 2. Interactive contents; 3. Interactive frequency,4. Interactive depth; 5. Interactive circumference; 6. Others. All the characteristics are influenced both by the traditional culture and the period of transition. The authoritative role of the tutor has to he studied in the context of social groups.
