摘  要:介绍了目前应用最多的选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝技术的原理,针对浙江某燃煤电厂1000 MW机组NOx生成的原因、危害及治理,就影响燃煤电厂SCR脱硝系统的主要因素如布置方式、氨逃逸率及温度进行了分析讨论,并指出电厂在进行SCR脱硝时合理选择烟气参数,通过燃烧调整试验降低原烟气NOx含量,优化实际运行方案,减少喷氨量。保证在污染物排放达标的基础上,兼顾设备的经济安全运行。The theory of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology, aiming at the cause, harm and governance of NQ formation in a 1000MW unit of power plant were introduced. The main influence factors such as arrangement manner, the escape rate of ammonia and temperature is analyzed. The power plant should choose reasonable parameters based on the flue gas condition. By adjusting combustion to reduce the NOx in flue gas, optimize the operation scheme and the minimum rate of ammonia escape. Based on environmental emission standards, the cost of operation was taken / into account and protection purpose of equipment safety was gained.
