摘　　要：市场秩序在哲学上可界定为市场经济的合理化、制度化和现代化,是市场主体合规则的求价值的一种有序活动状态。市场秩序是由各种市场要素构成的有机系统。克服我国市场秩序混乱的难题,要坚定建立中国特色社会主义良序市场经济的自信,要着眼于市场经济发展的整体性,要夯实我国市场经济的文化基础。Market order can be defined in philosophy as the rationalization, systematization and modernization of market economy, and as a kind of market subject＇s orderly state of activities complying with rules in the pursuit of value. The market order is an organic system composed of various elements of the market. To overcome the problem of our country＇s market disorder, we should strengthen our self-confidence for establishing the well-ordered socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, should focus on the development of our market economy as a whole, and should consolidate the cultural foundation of our market economy.
