城镇化进程中生态城镇的建设与探析

摘　　要：城镇化步伐的加快,在促进农村经济社会发展的同时,也带来诸如土地资源承载压力加大,工业污染危害日益加重,生态环境、生活环境破坏严重等一系列生态环境问题。城镇发展带来的污染日趋严重和扩散,成为当今世界最难对付和最令人头痛的问题;城镇经济发展和城镇基础设施建设,造成对自然环境和生态环境的过度开发,导致人与自然之间的关系失衡;城镇化使大量劳动技能差的农村人口涌入城镇,带来了一系列过度"城镇化"问题——城镇化将城镇技术水平低和污染严重的工业向农村转移、扩散,从而也连带地将城镇污染向农村伸延、扩散,形成新的污染区域。文章根据当前城镇化过程中存在的主要环境问题,对生态城镇的建设加以探讨分析。As the pace of urbanization speed up, there are many problems in the environment while the urbanization promote the rural economic and social development, such as too much pressure on land resources, industrial pollution, ecological environment destruction, and so on. The environment pollution caused by urban development has become a increasingly serious problem in the world. Urban economic development and urban infrastructure construction cause overexploitation of natural environment and ecological environment, as well as the imbalance of the relationship between human and nature; urbanization makes a lot of poor labor skills of rural population into cities and towns, who brought a series of excessive ＂urbanization＂. The urbanization makes low technology and serious pollution industries transfer and diffusion to the rural are, which also jointly make the pollution stretches out to the countryside and form new pollution area. Based on the main environmental problems existing in the process of urbanization, the ecological urbanization is discussed deeply.
