摘　　要：目的：建立测定鼻康合剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Hypersil C18（250mm×4.6mm，10um），流动相为0．5％磷酸溶液-甲醇（梯度洗脱），柱温为30℃，流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为327nm。结果：绿原酸的质量浓度在5．20-62．46gg／ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈2％；平均加样回收率为98．80％，RSD=0．57％（n=9）。结论：该方法简单、准确、重复性好，可用于鼻康合剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in Bikang mixture. METHODS： HPLC methods was adopted. The determination was performed on Hypersil Ct8（250 mm×4.6 μm, 10 μm） column with mobile phase consisted of 0.5% phosphoric acid-methanol （gradient elution） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detective wavelength was 327 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of chlorogenic acid were 5.20-62.46 μg/ml （r= 0.999 9） with an average recovery of 98.80% （RSD=0.57%, n=9）; RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2 %. CONCLUSIONS： The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Bikang mixture.
