摘 要:目的:建立测定鼻康合剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Hypersil C18(250mm×4.6mm,10um),流动相为0.5%磷酸溶液-甲醇(梯度洗脱),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸的质量浓度在5.20-62.46gg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈2%;平均加样回收率为98.80%,RSD=0.57%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于鼻康合剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in Bikang mixture. METHODS: HPLC methods was adopted. The determination was performed on Hypersil Ct8(250 mm×4.6 μm, 10 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of 0.5% phosphoric acid-methanol (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detective wavelength was 327 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of chlorogenic acid were 5.20-62.46 μg/ml (r= 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 98.80% (RSD=0.57%, n=9); RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2 %. CONCLUSIONS: The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Bikang mixture.
