摘　　要：本文在分析规划图形系统建设的若干问题的基础上，提出了基于电子报批的规划图形系统发展的新思路，即规划设计、辅助审批与规划图形建库一体化的解决方案，并对解决方案作了具体阐述，特别介绍了自主开发的基于AutoCAD平台的规划电子报批系统E-Plan软件。This paper analyses some problems of the planning graphic system construction, brings forward the new thoughts of the computerize confirmation graphic system, that is the unified solution of planning design, assistant confirmation, and planning graphic files management. It specifically discusses the solution, especially the E-plan system based on the AutoCAD platform developed by the authors.
