摘  要:为了改进化学激光近场强度均匀性,对影响光束近场强度分布的各种因素进行了研究。建立了光学谐振腔数学计算模型,应用角谱法对腔内增益介质划分成多个薄层进行近似计算。计算结果表明,激光束近场强度分布沿增益气流方向呈现中间强、两侧弱的特点,并且包含比较精细的条纹结构。结合试验实测的光斑进行比较分析,认为光束强度分布不均由多次衍射和增益分布造成。研究结果在改善激光器近场强度分布均匀性研究及工程应用上具有一定的参考价值。In order to improve the near field intensity distribution uniformity of chemical laser, factors that could affect the laser beam were investigated. The mathematics model of the resonator was built. Using the angular spectrum method to simulate the laser beam, and the saturable gain medium was divided into a number of thin sheet. The results indicated that the near field intensity of the laser beam was more brightness in the middle of the gain medium flow direction, and many fine stripe structures were present. The analysis showed that the distribution nonuniformity caused mainly by the diffraction and the distribution of the gain medium. The results had some referenced values on the meliorating the near field intensity distribution and the application in engineering.
