摘　　要：医学影像科室采用基于PACS、RIS、HIS的医学影像科室管理及质量控制模式具有重要意义。笔者结合自身医院的实际情况,对该管理模式进行初步探讨。指出新模式在影像科室中有利于优化工作流程及各个流程的质量控制,优化科室管理中的资源分配,便于统计工作量及控制消耗,有利于开展远程会诊医疗,有助于加强影像科室教学、科研工作管理。It is Important to use management and quality control mode based on PACS/RIS/HIS in medical imaging department. Combined with hospital situation, the management mode is discussed. It shows that the new mode can help optimizing process and process management, improving resources allocation in department and statistics, promoting remote consultation and strengthening teaching and research management.
