上海门诊预约服务体系运行效果分析

摘　　要：根据国家卫生行政部门要求,上海构建了以市级统一预约服务平台为核心,以三级医院自主预约平台为基础的立体式门诊预约服务体系。该体系运行有利于医院提升门诊预约诊疗服务综合能力,有利于市级统一预约服务平台发挥导向作用,有利于患者逐步改善预约就医习惯。同时建议政府主导统一建设、参与各医院的积极配合以及加强医生出诊管理和分时预约精细化管理。Under the requirements of the national health administrative department, Shanghai has constructed a tridimensional outpatient appointment services system with the municipal uniform appointment platform as the core, and with the independent appointment platform in tertiary hospital as the basis. It is helpful for enhancing the service capability of appointment diagnosis and treatment. It contributes to the guidance function of the uniform appointment platform. It is also beneficial for patients to gradually change their appointment habits. And some suggestions on the appointment service system are presented in this article. Government-led unified construction and participated hospitals’ active cooperation is premise, strengthening the management of doctor visits and time-segmented appointment is necessary.
