上海浦东地区第三方人民调解机制实施后医患纠纷处理模式转换及效果研究

摘　　要：通过调查上海浦东地区6家医疗机构2010年和2012年医患纠纷相关数据资料,分析上海浦东第三方人民调解机制实施后医患纠纷处理模式转换及效果。上海浦东第三方人民调解机制实施后自行协商解决比例显著减少,重大医疗纠纷发生比例(5人以上冲击医疗机构)显著减少,公安机关出警次数显著减少。该研究显示,第三方人民调解可以有效缓解目前紧张的医患关系,是医患纠纷行之有效的解决途径之一。By the survey of the patient-doctor disputes occurred in six medical institutions of Shanghai Pudong district in 2010 and 2012, We performed the analysis on the effects and the mode conversion after the implementation of third-party people＆#39;s mediation for handling patient-doctor disputes in Shanghai Pudong. The proportion of consultations among patient-doctor to solve the disputes significantly reduced after implementation of third-party people＆#39;s mediation for handling patient-doctor disputes in Shanghai Pudong. Major patient-doctor disputes （5 or more striking medical institutions） were significantly reduced, the frequency of the police presence significantly also reduced. The independent third-party people＆#39;s mediation can effectively ease the current tension doctor-patient relationship and is also one of the effective way to resolve disputes between doctors and patients.
