摘  要:隔河岩是清江上的第一座大型水利枢纽。规划中该水库负有清江下游防洪和与长江洪水错峰的双重任务。隔河岩枢纽在规划设计阶段深入研究了水库防御清江洪水的调度方式 ,给出了明确的调度方案。结合实际 ,补充研究了隔河岩水库与长江荆江洪水错峰调度方式 ,提出了较为理想的补偿调节洪水调度方式 ,使为长江预留的防洪库容有效地发挥作用。这种错峰方式在 1998年长江。Geheyan project is a large hydroproject built on the Qingjiang river firstly.The reservoir functions for flood control of lower stretch of Qingjiang river and flood peak alternation with the Yangtze flood. At the planning and design stage, Geheyan reservior regulation mode was studied thoroughly for controlling the flood of Qingjiang river and a clear and definite regulation scheme was suggested. Combining practical condition, supplementary invesigation on flood peak alternation regulation mode of Geheyan reservoir with the Yangtze flood at Jingjiang stretch was made and a comparatively ideal flood compensation regulation mode was suggested, making the reserved flood control storage capacity for the Yangtze play its role more effectively. This flood peak alternation mode had been applied in 1998 flood regulation of Yangtze and the Qingjiang river.
