摘　　要：从权力场域中司法权为其他权力所迫的种种乱象可以结论,导致司法权滥用、司法腐败和司法不公等消极现象的主要原因是某些权力主体的乱权行为。因此,提升包括司法权主体在内的拥权者的拥权道德意识、行权规范意识和乱权责任意识,是清洁权力场域、还原权力本色、恢复行权秩序的重要举措。It can be concluded from all kinds of chaos -- jurisdiction is forced by other powers in the field of power that it is the misuse of power of some authorities that leads to such negative phenomenon as jurisdiction misuse, judicial corruption and judicial unjustness, etc. So, it should be the important measures to raise the power holders＇ sense of morality, the power executors＇ sense of norms and the power misusers＇ sense of responsibility to clean the field of power, let power he power, and restore order.
