摘　　要：目的：探讨游离股后侧穿支皮瓣修复腕手部软组织缺损临床疗效。方法2008年3月-2012年12月，对5例上肢皮肤软组织缺损采用股后侧穿支皮瓣修复，组织缺损范围为3 cm×215;8 cm～6 cm×215;12 cm，穿支皮瓣大小为3 cm×215;8 cm～8 cm×215;16 cm。供区直接拉拢缝合。结果本组5例股后侧穿支皮瓣均成活，受区及供区一期愈合。患者均获得6～12个月随访，皮瓣色泽、质地良好。结论游离股后侧穿支皮瓣切取简便，供区隐蔽，质地优良，是修复腕手部软组织缺损的理想皮瓣。Objective To study the recovery methods of defects in wrist and hand by using perforating artery free flaps in rear region of thigh. Methods Tatal 5 cases with soft tissue defect range from 3 cm ×215;8 cm to 6 cm×215;12 cm in upper limb were repaired by using perforating artery free flaps in rear region of thigh. The flaps sized from 3 cm ×215;8 cm to 8 cm ×215;16 cm, and the doner site could be closed derectly. Results Followed-up 6 to 12 months, 5 cases applied with this perforator flap have all survived, the wounds covered by this flap presented fine elasticity, thin and beautiful appearance. Conclusion Being hidden, directly closed and fine quality the perforating artery flap in rear region of thigh are suitable to repair the soft tissue defects in wrist and hand.
