摘　　要：医院质量监测系统(HQMS)数据对接是卫生部要求三级医院评审前必须完成的,要求对接数据中的手术操作码采用北京版。我们在这方面做了一些探索,利用精确查找和模糊文本对比方式等计算机技术,初步完成我院的手术操作码与北京版手术操作码的对应,再结合人工对应的方式,较快建立了与北京版手术操作码的对应表,并在较短时间内达标,具备了参加三级医院评审的前提条件。In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health, Hospital Quality Monitoring System Data Connecting must be fulfilled before hospital accreditation, and surgical operation code must use Version of Beijing. We have made some exploration in this area. We preliminary completed the operation codes correspondence between our hospital and Beijing Version by computer technology such as exact search and fuzzy text comparison. And then combined with the artificial way, quickly established a table which corresponding to Beijing Version, and met the standard in a short time. Finally achieve precondition of review in tertiary hospital.
