摘 要:选取了包括海上天然气(offshore natural gas,ONG)、陆上天然气(pipeline natural gas,PNG)和液化天然气(liquefied natural gas,LNG)在内的11种气源作为样本,对8台中国燃具市场上具有代表性的民用灶具进行了天然气组分变化导致的民用灶具CO排放响应测试。讨论了不同组分气源对CO排放的影响,并对Weaver互换指数在预测CO排放方面的适用性进行了研究。测试发现:对于初状态工况调节较好、适应性较强的灶具,当气源组分发生变化时,不会出现严重的CO排放问题;灶具CO排放随着气源华白数的增加呈现上升的趋势;黄焰的出现会更易导致灶具CO排放超标。针对中国灶具和气源特点,建议将Weaver互换指数中的不完全燃烧指数JI从JI≤0.05调整为JI≤0.04;为了保证当气源发生互换时,不造成严重的CO排放问题,建议对进网气源气质特性进行限制,宜引入华白数偏小、重烃类组分较少的气源。1 1 kinds of natural gases including offshore natural gas (ONG),pipeline natural gas (PNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG)were selected as test gases to measure CO emission of 8 sets of representative domestic gas cookers.The influence of variable gas constituents upon CO emission and the applicability of Weaver interchangeability indexes in predicting CO emission were investigated. Results show that well-adj usted gas cookers are flexible enough to have satisfactory performances without serious CO emission;CO emission would increase with the increasing of Wobbe indexes of gases;Yellow-tipping tends to cause higher CO emission. It is suggested that the incomplete combustion index JI should be adjusted from JI ≤0.05 to JI ≤0.04 according to the performances of domestic cookers and gas resources.And in order to prevent excessive CO emission when gases are interchanged,it is suggested that the features of gases introduced into the pipelines should be limited, gases with low Wobbe indexes and few heavy hydrocarbon constituents would be first choices.
