摘 要:利用先进的CFD数值模拟软件NUMECA,对某余热排出泵的原模型进行了设计工况下的内部流场全通道数值模拟,结合对数值结果的分析,发现泵导叶出口宽度对泵的性能和内部流动有较大的影响,通过对泵导叶出口宽度的改型设计得到了较为理想的导叶宽度,进而对原模型和优化模型进行了变工况计算并与实验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,经过改进的导叶在设计点附近的变工况性能得到了提高,验证了对导叶出口宽度改型设计的合理性。Simulated the internal flow field of a channel residual heat removal pump at design condition by using the advanced CFD numerical simulation software NUMECA.Combined with the analysis of the numerical results, found that the width of the pump outlet vane has a greater impact on performance and internal flow of the pump.The ideal guide blade width was obtained through the redesign of the pump outlet vane width.Calculated the original model and the optimization model at the variable condition.Analyzed and compared with the experimental results.The results showed that the improved guide vane's off-design performance at near the design point was improved,verify the rationality of the guide vane structure optimization retrofit design.It can provide some reference and guidance for the future optimization design of hydraulic model pump products.
