摘　　要：目的 总结心外科手术后应用主动脉内球囊反搏时的抗凝经验.方法 回顾分析2008年1月至2013年11月在我院心外科行心脏手术术后应用主动脉内球囊反搏的病例,按抗凝用药的不同分为普通肝素组及低分子肝素组,对两组的抗凝效果及相关并发症进行总结分析.结果 普通肝素组23例,低分子肝素组24例,发生抗凝相关并发症5例,主要是血小板减少,没有明显出血或血栓形成,两组抗凝并发症比较差异无统计学意义.结论 主动脉内球囊反搏时的抗凝用药因人而异,普通肝素与低分子肝素均可达抗凝要求,两组抗凝并发症差异无统计学意义.Objective To summarize anticoagulant experience after cardiac surgery application of intraaortic balloon pump.Methods Patients who underwentintraaortic balloon counterpulsation after cardiac surgery from January 2008 to November 2013 in our hospitalwere retrospective analyzed,they were divided into two group,one group accepted anticoagulation with unfractionated heparin and another with low molecular heparin group.The anticoagulant effect and the related complications of two groups were analyzed.Results 23 cases used with unfractionated heparin,24 cases used with low molecular heparin,anticoagulant complications occurred in 5 cases,mainly complications were thrombocytopenia,no obvious hemorrhage or thrombosis.The anticoagulation complications in two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion Anticoagulant effects in patients accepted with therapy of intraaortic balloon conterpulsation with unfractionated heparin and low molecular heparin aresimilar,and the anticoagulant complications are no difference in the 2 group.
