摘　　要：大连市政府对养老福利模式进行了积极的探索,2002年"居家养老"方式应运而生。虽然大连居家养老服务历经了十余年,但还处在发展和探索阶段。本论文以社区调研为依托,主要对大连市老年人居家养老服务的发展情况进行深入的分析,在此基础上探讨居家养老服务模式急需解决和改进的问题,提出可行性的建议和合理的发展规划。Dalian government carried on positive exploration in aged welfare model, " Home care" way arised at the historic moment in 2002. Even the" Home care" has passed for 10 years, but it is still in the stage of orginal. The article based on the community investigation, analysis the developing situation of Dalian home care service, and put forward urgent problems and feasible suggestioins and resonable development plan.
