独一味对复发性阿弗他溃疡患者外周血IFN-γ和IL-4的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨独一味对复发性阿弗他溃疡患者外周血干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素4(IL-4)水平的调节作用。方法:选取复发性阿弗他溃疡患者50例,随机分为独一味治疗组(观察组)和常规治疗组(对照组),每组25例。治疗结束后取静脉血,使用酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA)检测血清IFN-γ和IL-4水平,并计算IFN-γ/IL-4比值。结果:观察组血清IFN-γ的水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);而IL-4水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),IFN-γ/IL-4的比值显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:独一味可以显著提高复发性阿弗他溃疡患者外周血IFN-γ分泌水平,同时显著降低IL-4水平,升高IFN-γ/IL-4比值。Objective：To discuss the regulatory function of Lamiophlomis rotata on IFN-γand IL-4 levels in peripheral blood of recurrent aphthous ulcer patients.Methods：50 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group of Lamiophlomis rotata （observation group） and conventional treatment group （control group）,25 patients in each group.After the treatment,peripheral blood was preserved and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was applied to detect the average level of serum IFN-γ and IL-4,and calculate the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4.Results：Serum IFN-γ of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group; while the IL-4 level was significantly lower than that of the control group,ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 was higher than that of control group （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion：Lamiophlomis rotata is able to significantly increase the levels of IFN-γ as well as IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio in peripheral blood of recurrent aphthous ulcer patients,while significantly reduce the levels of IL-4.
