复方丹参饮对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌血管内皮生长因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丹参饮对大鼠急性心肌缺血模型血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机分为模型组、消心痛组、通心络组及复方丹参饮低、中、高剂量组,每组10只,连续空腹灌胃7天。结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立心肌缺血模型。造模成功后取缺血处心肌组织,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。结果:与模型组比较,各药物组心肌组织VEGF水平明显升高,复方丹参饮各剂量组VEGF水平较通心络组明显升高,中、高剂量组与消心痛组比较无明显差异,与低剂量组比较有明显差异。结论:复方丹参饮对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织血管内皮生长因子的表达有促进作用。Objective：To explore the influence of compound Danshen drink on vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in rat model of acute myocardial ischemia.Methods：60 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into model group,isosorbide dinitrate group,Tongxinluo group,compound Danshen drink low,medium,high -dose groups,each group contained 10 rats,rats in each group were given the coresponding medicine for 7 days continuously.Ligation the left anterior descending coronary artery to set up myocardial ischemia model.After the model was made successfully,using ELISA method to determine the myocandid vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） expression.Results：To compare with model group,the levels of VEGF in each treated group was significantly raised,the level of VEGF in compound Dahshen drink three dose groups were higher than that in Tongxinluo group,the levels in middle and high dose groups were similar to that of isosorbide dinitrate group,the effects of middle and high dose groups were more obvious than that in low dose group in rats ischemia myocardial tissue.Conclusion：Compound Danshen drink can promote VEGF production.
