摘　　要：装备科技成果推广转化是促进武器装备创新发展的重要途径。为推动装备科技成果推广转化工作的快速发展,从成果转化的对象、方式、过程和目标等多方面深度揭示了装备科技成果推广转化的内涵,全面构建了与之相应科学可行的成果推广转化模式,并提出了必要的条件保障建设,为我军装备科技成果推广转化工作提供了发展框架。In order to accelerate making progress on popularization and transformation of equipment scientific and technological achievements, reveals the connotation on popularization and transformation of equipment scientific and technological achievements from many aspects ,i. e. , object, manner, process and aim, designs the all--sided and scientific mode accordingly, brings forward necessary condition construction to ensure. It gives a growing frame on popularization and transformation of equipment scientific and technological achievements.
