摘　　要：作为国家国防科技创新体系中的重要力量,高校承担了大量的国防科研任务,如何根据高校特点有效实施技术状态管理,需要我们进行深入的研究。在分析高校科研活动的特点和技术状态管理在高校实施的现状的基础上,重点论述了在高校实施技术状态管理的过程中如何选择技术状态项、建立基线、技术状态变更等关键环节。As a very important part of the national defense innovation system,the colleges and universities take a lot of national defense scientific research task, so we should to have a study about the configuration management implementation according the characteristics of colleges and universities. On the basis of analysis of the scientific research activities and the present situation of configuration management implementation in universities, the paper focus on some key steps like as configuration item, configuration baseline and configuration change.
