摘　　要：产学研协同创新既是大学办学内生的需要,又是大学创新由割裂走向融合、由分散走向集成的客观要求。全面介绍了美日韩大学参与产学研协同创新的具体实践,并思考对我国的启示,以便为优化大学科研环境,增强科技成果转化能力,提升服务社会的效能提供重要参照。The industry--university--research innovation is need for both educational and research collaboration within the university students , but also the University of innovation towards integration of fragmented dispersed to integrate the objective requirements. USA,Japan and South Korea paper describes a comprehensive research university involved in the concrete practice of collaborative innovation and thinking Enlightenment to China in order to op- timize the university research environment, enhance scientific and technological achievements into the ability to enhance the effectiveness of social services provide an important reference.
