摘　　要：科技创新是实现中国梦的动力之一,技术中介作为技术市场的组成部分,为技术创新提供了重要支撑。根据目前我国技术中介的法律规范中存在的问题,建议清理、整合技术中介法规,具体从技术中介主体、技术中介行为和技术中介监管三个方面做出完善,以规范技术中介的有序发展,加速科技创新。Al^tract：Technological innovation is one of the motivation to realize Chinese Dream. Technical intermediary which is one part of technical market has provided the important support to technological innovation. According to the problem of legislation in technical intermediary in our country, we suggested that legislation in technical inter- mediary should be liquidated and integrated; and legal entity, behavior, and regulation in technical intermediary should be perfected. These will promote the ordinal development of technical intermediary and accelerate the technological innovation. Key words：technical intermediary; legislation; perfection
