骶管囊肿的手术治疗及复发因素的探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨骶管囊肿的手术治疗方法及术后复发因素.方法 总结32例有症状的骶管囊肿患者的临床症状、影像学表现、手术方法及术后疗效.结果 本组32例患者全部进行手术治疗,术后患者症状不同程度缓解,随访6～18个月,2例患者复发,1例患者再次手术后症状完全缓解.结论 有症状的骶管囊肿患者需行手术治疗,术中注意交通孔的结扎及囊腔的填塞,防止术后复发.Objective To explore the Surgical treatment and the determinant of recurrence. Methods Clinical and neuroimaging features, Surgical treatment and treatment outcome of 32 patients with symptomatic sacral arachnoid cysts. Results This group of 32 cases were all treated by operation, all of patients condition obtains the varying degree alleviating, All cases were follow - up for 6-18 months, 2 cases re - curred and 1 case was re - operated , the clinical symptoms relieved completely. Conclusions Surgery is curative for cases with symptoms. Closuring of the dura defect and plunging the space can prevent recurrence.
