摘　　要：针对搅拌釜顶部安装的机械密封,密封端面工作条件比较复杂,往往处于干摩擦及边界摩擦状态,端面磨损较大。该文分析了搅拌釜顶部安装的机械密封的特点和设计依据,提出了搅拌釜顶部安装的机械密封设计思想。Theseal face working conditionof top entranceagitator mechanical seal is complicated,is often in a dry friction and boundary friction state,the seal abrasion is bigger.This text analyzes the characteristics of mechanical seal and design basis,and put forward improving design thought for high pressure agitator mechanical seal.
