摘  要:液压支架作为综采装备的关键设备,其液压系统的安全性、可靠性和生产效能对于煤矿开采有着重要的作用。该文提出一种用AMESim液压系统仿真建模软件对液压支架液压系统进行仿真建模的方法,利用AMESim液压系统建模仿真软件对支架的主要液压回路进行建模仿真,分析其动态特性,仿真结果有助于改善设计、可靠性和可操作性,从而显著降低了成本和设计研发时间。Hydraulic support as an important part in the mining equipment,its security,reliability and production efficiency of the hydraulic system of hydraulic support plays an important role during coal mining.This paper presents a simulation modeling way which used by software AMESim of hydraulic system for a hydraulic support.The main hydraulic circuit simulation model of hydraulic support is estabhshed in AMESim,and the dynamic characteristics are checked.Simulation results help to improve the design,reliability and operability,thereby reducing cost and time associated with the design significantly.
